This movie is interesting, and I would like to encourage all parents to watch it.  

Nanny 911 really attract my attention. It is a reality TV programme in United States showing us how nannies manage children with temper tantrums and bad behaviour. Such as the common problems faced by many families: conflicts between husband and wife, and lack of control over children resulted mainly from the adults' poor communication and cooperation in educating the children.

The nanny will spend one week together with the family to help them face the parenting issue. She acts as consultant to celebrities and their families, and her renowned parenting methods are accredited and proven. 

The nanny's first day is spent solely in observing the family dynamics in order to determine a suitable plan of action for changing the children's behaviour.The nanny will discuss with the family at the end of the day on what needs to be done. The remainder of the week is utilized in implementing the plan along with the parents' reactions (which can be quite negative, especially when the nanny mentions how the parents' actions have resulted in the problems). At the end of the week, the nanny generally compleiments the family for the changed behaviour.

The last segment shows the family receiving a memorable gift from the nanny.
